David Langheier runs, trying to escape multiple explosions caused by grenades being thrown at him. He kept dodging, firing his submachine back at the source of said explosive, until it is revealed to be the Red Clad Bomber, Alyss Baraen, who uses her teleporting abilities to get in front of him, drawing her rocket launcher out and firing at him. In response he rolls, missing the rocket, and then charges at Alyss with a sword out. Alyss in response then uses her rocket launcher as a guard, blocking the sword, causing both of them to be at a standstill, both of them trying to overpower the other.

Brace yourself, brace yourself.

Just then, both are interrupted when Tomahawk comes charging through with his shield causing, the two to have to jump out of the way to avoid damage. He then looks forward to find Joe Palmer, attacking from ahead with a low kick, which Tomahawk blocks, pushing Joe back. In response Joe pulls a crowbar, aiming to strike him. Tomahawk then swiftly reacted by using his shield to knock the weapon out of Joe's hand, which also made him recoil a little backwards. But in response, Joe pulls out a shotgun and fires several times at Tomahawk, who uses his shield to block the shotgun bursts. In response, Joe then pulls out a gravity gun and fired a burst from it to knock Tomahawk back.

Joe then stood tense until he saw a orbs of light or energy launched towards him, causing him to dodge roll out of the way. The screen then reveals Paul Miller, the White Champion of Morality & Order, holding his sword and adjusting the sleeve of his suit, having casted the orbs with a summon. He almost continues onward until he is barely missed by a crossbow arrow fired at him. He then suddenly dodges several more arrows until he see's Alan Trotter, holding his holy crossbow, concentrated on Paul. Paul then retaliates by running towards him and attacking with his sword, causing Alan to perform dodges until he uses his Scarlet ribbon to block one sword swing and tries to kick back.

Just then, a person flies by with a strong burst, from his rocket boots, pushing Alan and Paul back and then they eventually scatter. The person is then seen to be the Stranger, who is then dodging bursts of fire thrown at him from the youkai Ira Mizuhashi, the Red Monster. Just when Stranger felt that he almost got out of range, the boots malfunction from one of the bursts of flame and he falls to the ground, about to take a wall of fire to the face. But when it looked dire, Stranger summons what appeared to be a different version of him, Psycho, who had out a sword and swung it to disperse the fire, trying to attack Ira in the process, who jumps back narrowly avoiding the attack, Psycho being recalled to Stranger. The two stand firm, Ira summoning some fireballs in her hands while Stranger stood, desummoning the sword and raising his fists, showing off a pair of metal gauntlets.

A large war hammer is then swung at Ira and Stranger, who dodge out of the way until Zero, the Lunar deity of the eclipse is shown wielding the hammer, floating slightly above the ground. He then cackles evilly, his hair shifting to green suddenly, revealing his split personality Kazami.  While he cackles, a big orb of magic is launched at him and he barely dodges. The person who launched it is revealed to be Kurisu, who then jumps in close try to pummel Zero/Kazami with a couple of punches. Kazami then switches back to Zero's personality who dodges several times before jumping back, about to charge Kurisu with his hammer. But before he does, Kurisu gives an evil grin and snaps his finger, summon the fairy Star Sapphire in a small flash. Zero, after seeing her, then begins to panic and barely misses a burst of energy launched by her. Kurisu then sends her back as both Zero and Kurisu stare at each other, caught in the heat of the battle.

Coming from above, Ranger then slams into the ground hard with sword, the force of the impact knocking the two back.

Go out fighting.
Go out young.
A flash of lighting.
Eclipse the sun.

Ranger then stands up, moving his cape off his arm, pondering what manner of battlefield he finds himself in. Before he gets the chance to look any more, several shots were fired at him, and he jumps out of the way to dodge the shots. He then looks forward to see the white haired assassin, Miki, firing her pistols, running towards Ranger. She keeps firing at Ranger, forcing him to use his sword to block the shots, while he ran towards her and fired one of his pistols back. The two then final come into contact with each other, Ranger gripping onto his sword which has clashed against Miki's pistols, causing the guns to be faced upwards. The two exchanged harsh looks at each other, Miki's hazel eye glaring at Ranger who had some manner of snarl on his face, until Miki headbutts at Ranger, causing him to slide back.

As Ranger continued his clash with Miki, the two are observed from a distance from the  exorcist prodigy and demon slayer, Sergei "Tank" Machiavelli, contemplating what to do with the two. He begins to pull out a M500 revolver until he dodges a slash from a person wielding a sword, revealing to be Lachtna Aldman. Lachtna then swipes at him again, causing Sergei to dodge again while he pulls out his Wakizashi sword and clashes with Lachtna's blade in the process. The two hold firm for a moment, refusing to budge until they both jump back, Sergei firing his revolver in his other hand, while Lachnta summoned a brief barrier and charged at Sergei back.

Watching from the side, Timber the Wolf, walks by curious about this conflict at hand. He then is grabbed into a hug by the young Sadie, remarking on how cute Timber looks to her friend, Miyami Konozami. Timber then becomes fed up with Sadie's antics and pushes himself out of Sadie's hands, enraging Miyami in the process, as she is protective of her friend. She then pulls out a customized AK-47 and begins to fire at Timber, who in response jumps to dodge and then launches kunai-shaped ice projectiles at her. Miyami then furiously dodges the kunai, trying to set her aim back at Timber, while Sadie watched from the sideline, somewhat ecstatic from the fight. Miyami then pulls out an RPG and fires it, causing Timber to have to dodge and roll onto the ground.

Brace yourself, brace yourself.

Timber then created a huge chunk of ice and then threw it towards Miyami, who barely dodges it.

Brace yourself, brace yourself.

The ice chunk passes by Reimu Hakurei, who appears landing from a jump and then swings her arm and releases a larger amount of amulets at Ruby Rose. Ruby, after ducking from the amulets, then retaliates by jumping up after dodging the amulets and then swinging her scythe down at Reimu, who does a backflip dodge and then uses her gohei to summon a barrier to block another attempt by Ruby to swing her scythe at her. Reimu then had to repeat this another two times before then channeling through her gohei a burst of danmaku  back at Ruby. In response to this move, Ruby shifted her scythe into her 'gun' form and fired rounds at the danmaku bursts in order to break it up. She then shifts it back into her scythe form, swings into the ground, and then swings around with it once and then fires the gun part to boost her speed, aiming to strike Reimu close, who barely dodges while firing more danmaku at her.

Brace yourself for the grand finale!

Lilina Youseikyou launched a punch towards Casey Asakura who dodged it and tried to grapple her into a pile driver, until Lilina wrestled out of the grab, trying to punch and kick at Casey at the same time. Casey in response held her arms up, which guarded against the punch and tried to grab Lilina's arm, who in response tried to resist any further force, leading into a grapple stalemate between the two until Lilina jumps back. She then formed a burst of ki and launched it towards Casey, who barely dodged  it and went for a one-two punch at Lilina. Lilina then at dodged to the left and then again grabbed Casey's other arm and the two became locked in another grapple stalemate.

The two then both jump back to dodge an incoming clash of blades between Kira, wielding her doubled edged sword Tir Annis, and Marina, wielding her keyblade. As the two tried to exchange blows, the clanging of the blades echoed across the background. As the two were locked in a standstill, Kira jumped back and summoned an orb of fire and launched it towards Marina, who used her keyblade to block the fire and then used to launch a blizzara attack back at Kira, who jumped back to dodge the magic, only to have to quickly use her sword guard against Marina rushing to her and attempting to strike Kira. The two remained locked as the blades clashed.

Flying overhead, the bydroid Emma uses her momentum to launch a powerful blow towards the ground near Satoshi, who summoned an iron wall to block the force from the impact. After blocking the impact, Satoshi removed the wall and launched several iron orbs towards Emma, who gracefully dodged them and fired several beams at Satoshi, who barely dodged some of them. Satoshi then moved in and swung his large hammer at her, hoping to catch her off guard. After dodging the hammer, Emma built up and launched a massive TLS beam at Satoshi, who blocked most of it using his metal shield. He then charged towards Emma, hoping to strike her with the shield.

Not far away Yurippu swung her mandibles at Caritas, trying to land some blow on her.  Caritas however proved to be more agile than first thought and was able to gracefully dodge some of the attempted blows swung by the now humanized Ordovician. When she landed after one swing, Yurripu surprised her by charging at her, throwing Caritas back a bit. Yurippu then swung her pincers, now with Caritas in her sight until she pulled out her staff and swung it at Yurippu, who grabbed it with her pincers. Seemingly they were locked until Carita lightly grinned and then with a surge of  electric energy shocked Yurippu, throwing her off of Carita. But undeterred, Yurippu got her wits about and then dodged as Caritas swung her staff at her, getting back up and resuming her fight with the magical girl.  

Zen Dachi watched the fight unfold while he walked away before instinctively dodging  a swing from a scythe with glowing crystals at the end of it, swung by Aura. Zen responded by using his trident to block another swing, holding firm and then pushing Aura back. Aura responded by stomping on the ground, causing a brief tremor to occur, knocking Zen off his feet. When Aura set her sights on her again and swung the scythe towards him, he rolled over to the left, missing the scythe, and using a magic spell to enhance his strength, swung trident back at her, causing her to block with the scythe and be forced back. Aura remains undeterred though, and runs back towards Zen.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, brace yourself for the grand finale.

Nearby, Swerve Starbreak dodges multiple chi blasts launched by Kidowa, also known as the Ferret of Horrible Terror. He then launches several kunai in response, hoping to catch Kidowa off guard. Kidowa in response hits several of them out of his way until grabbing the last one and charging it up with some of his chi and then launching back at Swerve, barely missing his scouter. Swerve then uses his revolver and fires a few rounds back at Kidowa, who dodges the shots and then punches the ground to create a dust cloud, obscuring himself to move in for an attack. Swerve stood for a moment before turning and grabbing Kidowa's arm before he could land a punch. The two stood locked trying to budge.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

The two are then forced to scatter when amulets are tossed at them, thrown by Seth Bird. He glances around checking for anyone until he dodges a chain coming directly at him, tracing back to the monochrome specter of Alexander J. Darkbreaker. Red and gold eyes flashing in irritation, the Darkbreaker snaps out his hand once more, another chain hurtling towards Seth, which the Hakurei apprentice hastily dodges. Rolling to his feet, he gestures with determination towards the stalking black and white figure. Shadows boil to life, the Darkbreaker halting as Seth's shadow surges up before him, revealing the youkai of darkness, Rumia, slamming both feet into his face and sending the Darkbreaker staggering. As Rumia leaps away once more, Seth charges in, landing multiple punches and kicks, forcing the monochrome figure back further, denying him a chance to respond. Finally, the mismatched eyes of the Darkbreaker flash, a feral snarl crossing his features and he lashes out with his right arm, a long, deadly powered blade chewing through the air as it materializes in flecks of red and gold, sawtooth edges howling as Seth desperately ducks, the chainblade slicing a few strands of hair from his forelock as he backpedaled.  Even as the shadows erupted around him once more, Rumia surging forward beside him with a vast array of danmaku appearing around her, the Darkbreaker's shoulders flex and shatter, colossal steel cannons bursting forth in flares of energy, before slamming down to face them both, murderous light shining from the jaws creaking open on each muzzle. Light and darkness, steel and fire, camaraderie and solitude, and the world shatters apart in a brilliant flash, silhouetting the figures of every combatant.

The wasteland and ruins of the battlefield spread out in every direction, towering spires of rock and metal silhouetted against the sky, the sunset staining the world with a rusted glow. Each fighter stands atop a spire, the wind playing past their frames as they look to the horizon, the camera passing each one in turn.

Go out fighting.
Go out young.
A flash of lighting.
Eclipse the sun.
